GuessClash Terms of Service

Welcome to GuessClash.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute an agreement between you and GuessClash regarding your access to and use of the GuessClash mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using GuessClash, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please stop using GuessClash.

1. About GuessClash

GuessClash is a casual quiz application designed to provide interactive entertainment experiences.

GuessClash may currently include:

  • Knowledge Questions;
  • Word Questions;
  • Audio Questions;
  • Level progression;
  • Bot Battle;
  • Diamond points;
  • Daily leaderboards;
  • Other gameplay features that may be introduced in the future.

Features may be added, modified, suspended, or discontinued from time to time.

2. Eligibility

You may use GuessClash only if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.

If the laws applicable to you require you to meet a minimum age to use the Service, you must meet that requirement.

If you are below the applicable minimum age, you may use GuessClash only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use GuessClash only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

  1. Use bots, scripts, cheats, automation tools, or unauthorized software to manipulate gameplay;
  2. Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, technical defects, or other unauthorized methods to gain an unfair advantage;
  3. Manipulate scores, levels, Diamond points, rankings, or other gameplay data;
  4. Attempt to access GuessClash servers, systems, or other users' information without authorization;
  5. Interfere with the normal operation of GuessClash;
  6. Circumvent or disable security mechanisms;
  7. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble GuessClash, except where expressly permitted by applicable law;
  8. Use GuessClash for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes;
  9. Copy, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit GuessClash content without authorization;
  10. Otherwise use the Service in violation of applicable law or these Terms.

4. Quiz Content

GuessClash provides questions, answers, and related content primarily for entertainment and general knowledge purposes.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate content, but we do not guarantee that every question, answer, explanation, or other content will always be accurate, complete, or up to date.

Content provided through GuessClash does not constitute:

  • Medical advice;
  • Legal advice;
  • Financial or investment advice;
  • Professional educational advice;
  • Any other professional advice.

If you require professional advice, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

5. Levels, Scores, and Diamonds

GuessClash may provide levels, scores, Diamond points, streaks, achievements, leaderboards, and other virtual gameplay metrics.

Unless expressly stated otherwise within GuessClash:

  • Diamonds do not represent cash;
  • Diamonds are not legal tender;
  • Diamonds are not financial assets;
  • Diamonds do not have guaranteed monetary value;
  • Gameplay levels, scores, and rankings do not represent real-world identity, ability, or achievement.

We may adjust gameplay rules, scoring systems, Diamond values, rankings, or other virtual metrics when reasonably necessary for game balance, security, fraud prevention, or operation of the Service.

6. Bot Battle

GuessClash may provide gameplay against computer-controlled virtual opponents ("Bots").

Bot behavior may include:

  • Answering behavior;
  • Response speed;
  • Scores;
  • Difficulty;
  • Gameplay strategy;
  • Other gameplay characteristics.

These characteristics may be controlled by GuessClash game logic.

Bots do not necessarily represent real users and should not be understood as real users playing against you in real time.

We may adjust Bot behavior and difficulty to maintain gameplay balance and user experience.

7. Leaderboards

GuessClash may generate leaderboards based on gameplay activity, Diamond points, or other gameplay data.

Leaderboards may display:

  • Display avatars;
  • Scores;
  • Diamond points;
  • Rankings;
  • Other gameplay information.

If we determine that a ranking or gameplay data may have resulted from cheating, exploitation of vulnerabilities, technical errors, or other prohibited conduct, we may adjust, invalidate, or remove the relevant data.

8. Intellectual Property

GuessClash and its content, including but not limited to:

  • Software;
  • UI/UX designs;
  • Logos;
  • Trademarks;
  • Graphics;
  • Text;
  • Animations;
  • Audio;
  • Interfaces;
  • Original quiz content;
  • Gameplay systems and related content

are owned by GuessClash or licensed to GuessClash and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not:

  • Copy;
  • Modify;
  • Distribute;
  • Sell;
  • License;
  • Publish;
  • Commercially exploit;
  • Create derivative works from

GuessClash or its content without authorization.

9. Advertising and Third-Party Services

GuessClash may contain third-party:

  • Advertisements;
  • Analytics services;
  • Cloud services;
  • Links;
  • Other services.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Except as required by applicable law, we are not responsible for the content, availability, policies, or practices of third-party services.

10. Service Availability

We will use reasonable efforts to keep GuessClash operational.

However, we do not guarantee that the Service will always:

  • Be available;
  • Be uninterrupted;
  • Be error-free;
  • Be secure;
  • Meet every user's expectations.

GuessClash may become temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance;
  • Product updates;
  • Server issues;
  • Network failures;
  • Security incidents;
  • Third-party service failures;
  • Events beyond our reasonable control;
  • Other technical or operational circumstances.

11. Changes to the Service

We may modify GuessClash from time to time, including:

  • Adding features;
  • Modifying features;
  • Changing gameplay rules;
  • Changing scoring systems;
  • Changing leaderboard systems;
  • Updating quiz content;
  • Suspending features;
  • Removing features.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice of material changes through the App, our website, or other appropriate channels.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to GuessClash if we reasonably believe that you have:

  • Violated these Terms;
  • Used cheating tools;
  • Manipulated gameplay data;
  • Engaged in fraud or abuse;
  • Attempted to attack or compromise the Service;
  • Engaged in unlawful activity;
  • Harmed the rights of other users;
  • Otherwise materially interfered with the operation of the Service.

Where required by applicable law, we will follow applicable notice, appeal, or other legal procedures.

13. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GuessClash is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will always be uninterrupted;
  • The Service will always be error-free;
  • Quiz content will always be completely accurate;
  • Gameplay results will never be affected by technical issues;
  • The Service will always meet your individual expectations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer or other statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GuessClash, its operator, affiliates, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use GuessClash.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

15. Violations of These Terms

If you violate these Terms, we may take appropriate measures depending on the nature and severity of the violation, including:

  • Issuing warnings;
  • Removing abnormal gameplay data;
  • Adjusting leaderboard results;
  • Restricting certain features;
  • Suspending an account;
  • Terminating access to the Service.

We will take such measures in accordance with applicable law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may notify users through the App, our website, or other appropriate means.

Updated Terms will become effective on the stated effective date.

Your continued use of GuessClash after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating GuessClash, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

The specific operating entity, governing law, and dispute resolution provisions should be finalized based on the actual legal entity, jurisdiction, and business structure of GuessClash.
